This homeowner was frustrated due to the fact that she had received late fees (progressing into demand fees) for non-payment of the HOA Assessments. I have attached the recent correspondence with the owner which includes all of the late notices and continual explanation of how she became
late. The email attached will show the string of correspondence from January 2016. We have been in communication; however, she was just not satisfied with the outcome. She unfortunately was having a hard time deciphering the ledger and felt that the HOA should waive the late/collection process feesThis is not a customer service issue and this negative review against our company is not warranted This is a Homeowners Association, our client, that we manage to include posting proper late/collection fees per the Collection Policy in their Governing Documents (attached) which the homeowner did not abide by. Monthly Statements were sent to her showing the outstanding balance as well as past due and warning letters. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else that we can provide to have this removed from our company's good standings. The issue is that the Property management team did notify me of the late charges . I never received a letter stating why I was charged the late fees or the $50 . I have done my due diligence since I noticed the additional charges . The complaint is warranted because to this day the Property management team never sent any correspondence indicating that I would be billed these fees , they simply just added it to my account . This is bad customer service . If I had received a letter indicating these fees would be added , I woud have no problem paying them . It is because I did not receive any letters indicating these charges would be added to my account , which I feel the fees should be waived . A business should not be able to add additional charges to any account , without addressing them to the consumer . Also there should be a dispute process that does not take over a year to get resolved.

Here are two different invoices I have been send from Terry L[redacted] one is for $ 922.88 . I feel that I was over charged there was not more than a 1 to 1.5 hours of work per month . I sent her an email on February 26,2016 agreeing to paid this the next day. Please review the attached email (...

outstanding Invoices ) she is now ask for $ 2087.25. Please look at the invoices she has made up two of them invoice 360-0020 does not say if paid after this day the amount will go up to $40.00 an hour. In her new invoice 360-0021 she has addition work for 10 hours $400.00 Addition $240.00 I don’t understand the line item and $105.00 for NFS Fees. Both Invoice are made out to 360 Pool company this company is its own legal entity and not a part of 360 Property Management. I will agree to pay the invoice of $922.88 by funds transfer to her account if she drops the complaint against 360 Property Management.  Thank you. Darrin M[redacted]
