Review: My name is [redacted] with Black Tie Service in Miami, Florida. INTERVIEW Magazine, through [redacted], Integrated Marketing & Event Senior Manager contracted my catering services for their event at the [redacted] on December *, 2013. The agreed amount for the entire service, supplies provided and 11 crew members for the event from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am was $3,425.00. According to the written agreement 50% of the payment was due at the beginning of the event and 50% upon conclusion. The event was carefully planed during two weeks prior to the event. I, [redacted], personally maintained daily communication via e-mail giving detailed explanation of our services and made sure to get written approval by [redacted]. Upon my arrival and the arrival of my crew to the location of the event, [redacted] created a chaos situation pretending she was in need of extra items which I had to go get at my own expense and later she requested one extra hour of service from each member of the crew. She used this situation to request that she needed time to review the adjusted charges and requested to make full payment of the bill the next morning. The payment was to be made at the hotel [redacted] where she was staying. Because INTERVIEW Magazine is a seemly reputable company; I unfortunately agreed to come back the next morning to collect the payment. Much to my amazement I called her the morning of December *, 2013 and she never picked up my calls. When I went to the hotel I learned that she had checked out and had left town. I have a file of over 60 emails, faxes and postal mail attempting to collect 2 Invoices for the amount of $3,425.00 from INTERVIEW Magazine. [redacted] to this day refused to answer phone calls and all written communication.Desired Settlement: The outcome I, [redacted], Black Tie Service (Catering Company) would like to have is payment in full for the amount of $3,425.00.

Review: I would like to file a complaint against Interview magazine I have recently recieve a magazine from this company who refuse to cancel my orders from the past 4 years I see photos that are vary inapropiate in this magazines & I should be band from all stores & my name should not be on the mailing list for Interview magazines it is inapropiate for them to mail a magazine to my address the magazines is just inpropiate to see I see naked people that is inapropiate these magazines need to be band from the mailing list I have told interview to cancel this magazine because I do not read 7 or like this magazine they refuse to take my name of the mailing list & plus Im not making any payment & it should not be free & it dosent need to be free delivery. I just want my name to be removed from this company.Desired Settlement: I just want my name to be removed from the mailing list I do not like to subscribe Interview magazines it is vary inapropiate I just want my name to be removed from there mailing list.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Interview Magazine regarding complaint ID [redacted]. but I am gonna try to send the magazines back to the company ( Interviw Magazine
