I had been looking for a job for a year. My cover letter and resume worked well in getting me interviews but I wasn't being called back for second interviews. In desperation I went on line and typed in" help for doing a great interview" and found Interview Success, Inc. I sat down and answered all the questions not as how I wanted to be but how I really am, The two reports I received back were very accurate about my strengths and the answers to the top 20 interview questions that focused on my strengths were easy for me to put into words that flowed for me and that I was confident in as they accurately described what I can do. I went to two interview the next day and I knew just what to say and could see the interviewers responding positively to me.
