Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Interwest Properties should not have trimmed the trees because a neighbor requested it We (the owners) should have been told about it A lot more of the tree was trimmed then just what was growing on the sidewalk and the tenant said he does not like that it was trimmed If Interest had ANY ethics they would refund the money Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all, you did not contact me via phoneHowever, you did call the co-signer on my leaseThat person does not live here and I know you have my actual house phone number because I've left it on multiple phone messagesSecondly, the landlord you speak of did not knock on my door and so that is a blatant lieHowever, we spoke on Monday and arranged a day that I am available to install screens on my windows and back doorThirdly, if you read the responses you have submitted to this claim you stated that I did not report my broken windows on my molistIt seems that you are trying to backtrack what you have previously stated when there is proof otherwiseThere is no miscommunicationYou are obviously not as on top of the situation as you would like people to think you areYou are correct, however, when stating that I am not happyHaving windows (especially one on the lower level) makes the unit unsafe and allows insects into my homeAll I see is a corporation trying to get over on the people who pay to live in a safe and habital homeIn my humble opinion, the cost is not my problemI am not the one who rented units with the knowledge that those units needed windows fixedThis is a problem, not just for me but all the other tenants who also are suffering because of this issueStop making excuses and do what the law states you are responsible for Thank You.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It was stated that I didn't report window issues when I moved inI didOn the same report they stated (move in paperwork) I listed not only the fact that I needed a shower curtain rod that worked, but I also stated on that same form that my windows do not work correctly IE they are brokenI ask, how did you know I needed a shower curtain rod? You knew because I wrote it on my move in paperwork, the same form that I stated that my windows need to be fixed (and trust me when I say, fixed Windows would have been more appreciated than a shower curtain rod)I will agree that I never reported an insect problem until now, but then again this year's bug problem (reported by many) is a bigger problem this yearA problem that I wouldn't have to worry about if my windows were fixed in a timely matterAlso, this company stating that no one else has broken windows is a lieI was told by the manager that they hired, that I wasn't the only one with the problemIn fact, the manager's apartment also has the same issues as mineToo many lies spew from this company's fingertips, all for a good rating with the Revdex.comI still am unhappy To their response about raising rent, it is now illegal for them to raise it per HB 4143, so I will continue paying the lower rent until I've been here for a year I still need my windows fixed, per the paperwork I turned in a week after move in (and if they don't have the paperwork, then it was illegally disposed of)I also expect reimbursement for my bills (the paperwork given during the cold months did not say anything about suggestion, it was written as a must do)Interwest Properties are trying to save their butts, and I am not the one to let themI have had problems since move in & those problems have been ignoredPerhaps they should hire more trustworthy people Sincerely, [redacted]

We managed ***’s property for just over years, beginning May We performed a routine curbside evaluation of the property in January of this year and identified cedar shrubs overtaking the yard and growing into the pedestrian space of a sidewalk and up into the utility linesWe determined the need for trimming to take place in the SpringIn May, our Grounds Maintenance Technician completed the job poorlyWe responded and correctly removed hazards of remaining branches, trash & debrisThe neighbor approach and complained of pedestrians tossing cigarettes into the undergrowth, and was pleased it was trimmed back to prevent a fireThe employee was disciplined and resigned shortly after [redacted] was not satisfied with our recommendation to trim the other shrubs at the property, and was not pleased with our performance with regard to evaluations and therefore terminated our servicesWhile we regret her needs were not met to her level of expectation, the property was well maintained and in good condition before, during and until management was terminated with the exception of a damaged piece of siding, on the detached garage, the owner asked us not to bill the tenant for their negligenceWe will not refund our services as they were performed in good faith, in accordance with our management services agreement, and cleaned up at our cost
