I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the Manager over the Technicians and it is still not clear why a charge of $was placed on my bill when the $charge was to cover checking the Freon in the unitHe and I both agreed that neither of us knew whether the Technician had to clean the unit given the conflicting stories both the Technician and the tenant gaveTherefor I still feel that I was overcharged and I don't agree that I was happy with the resolution I was given

Our residential service manager called and spoke with the customerThere was a misunderstanding of the chargesWe are issuing a $refund of the truck chargesCustomer is happy with the resolution.As to the billing address, we will correct that in our accounting system to avoid any future
