Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 13, 2015/08/24) */ Further to our conversation please find following our statement of facts and position on this matter [redacted] As it is clearly printed on the Invoice in large block white on Dark Green letters the following DELIVERY PALLETS ARE THE PROPERTY OF NBQT AN ADDED SERVICE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCEWHEN UNLOADED, STACK BY ROADWAY AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLETHANK YOU I spoke with [redacted] about a week prior to [redacted] call and apologized for not being able to pick the pallets up earlier, he was polite and understanding then received a call from [redacted] on [redacted] demanding that I give her the refund on the pallets an I tried to explain to her we do not give refunds until the pallets have been picked up or returned At this point had she been respectful to me I would have said I apologize again for not getting the pallets pickup I would have offered her a full refund which would have been [redacted] Our Company policy regarding pallet refunds is [redacted] per pallet if you return the pallet to NBQT in good condition and [redacted] per pallet if we are required to pick them up In conclusion the [redacted] pallets were picked up on [redacted] A total refund of [redacted] was Refunded to [redacted] and proof of this was delivered to her At the same time that the pallets were picked up [redacted]
