I ordered windows for my house in July of 2019.
Jakob said that he needed to re measure and confirm the windows that were going to be ordered.
In an email to me he described the windows
"They are tilt and turn windows with concealed hardware, meaning that all the hinges and hardware components are between the inner and outer seal, therefore not creating any breaks or leaks in the seals.
76mm profile, double seal (weather stripping), triple pane 4mm glass, Low-E, Argon, steel reinforcement in frame and sash.
The quote is for the windows only, not including installation and disposal.
Taxes would be added to the total of $8,515.10."
The windows arrived December 20 2019.
They did not put in the windows until March 16 2020.
When they were installing the final window in the basement - my tenant noticed that none of the basement windows opened even though he described them all as "Tilt and Turn windows..."
Also, he is not delivering the window screens to my house.

Finish the job I am willing to keep 3 of the 4 basement windows as is but do not want to pay for the 1 window in the basement bedroom. I also want the screens delivered to my house. I have already taken the one window out of the basement bedroom as you cannot have a bedroom with a window that does not open. *** He can take the one window back.
The vendor has delivered the screens to the home.
They have also agreed to take off the one window in the basement that is not needed.
I believe that this has been 100% resolved now.
