Could not cancel an order before it was shipped, I had to wait for it to be shipped to my home and have Fedex return it. In this day and age of computers, this is your business practice? Took over 4 days to even get a tracking number that was supposed to be shipped in 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS A JOKE. CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE BUT THE PARROT THAT SAYS I'M SORRY AND MY BOSS IS IN A MEETING. CORPORATE OFFICE IS NO BETTER, THEY HANG UP ON YOU AS WELL. Just remember, when you alienate yourself from your customer, your customer will alienate themselves from you. GET WOKE CALIFORNIAN CO, GO BROKE.

GET MY REFUND I WAS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND TAX EVEN THOUGHT THEY HAD NOT SHIPPED IT WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL IT.
