I want people to know she's dis honest and the next step...I have filed a lawsuit against this lady and her business! I have the real pictures/contract! So no, we're not finished! But thanks!

is hired to interpret nature artisticallyDue to the artistic nature of custom floral services, all sales are final." and " Signing the contract states that you acknowledge the possibility of a substitution, and grant Intimo the right to make any substitution needed."On the day of the wedding, I was delayed in getting to Timberline due to bad trafficThe delay in getting to the site did not delay the wedding or photographs that started at 4pm as I budget in lots of extra time in case there are delaysI had hoped to be up at 1:and arrived closer to 2:from circumstances out of my controlTheflowers were of great qualityI have included photos of some of the flowers from the receptionA substitution was made with the barrels as the event center they were rented from had only one returned and I had to find something similar in order to provide twoThe barrels rented cost my company more than were charged to the clientTear down service of floral services was providedAfter the bouquet was tossed and guests began to disperse, I went to the reception room and loaded a cart and brought it to the carFamily members were assisting of their own free willIf they had not been there, I would have brought everything down in multiple trips. At the wedding I was complimented by Timberline staff and gave out a number of business cardsto visitorsI am sad that *** ***'s mother is not happy as I provide many extras and worked very hard from the initial consultation months earlier and all the way through the end of the wedding, but I provided services in full
