I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and after having to putting in a complaint with the Revdex.com and disputing the charges with my credit card company, the company finally gave me a full refund.
How they got to this resolution was unsatisfactory. However, I find the matter has been resolved.Sincerely,

However, I did finally receive an email from the company on 3/***/in response to my earlier inquiry to
them about the status of my order in an attempt to receive the merchandise I had paid forThey basically told me to wait until they got new merchandise and then try to order againThey did not offer to refund my money as I had requestedI responded that I did not wish to continue to do business with them and informed them that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which could be resolved by them refunding my moneyI have had no further response from themTheir email and my response are attached.

Ordered items via website. After week, wrote an email to this company since I did not received items ordered. They responded with email stating one item was out of stock (color selection) and wanted to know if I wanted to select an alternative, which I did. I still did not receive items. No answer when I called. Wrote another email to customer service - no reply. Sent two separate messages via [redacted] - still no reply. So I was forced to escalate and file a complaint to get refund.
Stay away from this company.

Review: I placed an order with intimo on 9/*2013, order number: intimo-store-[redacted]; that order has not yet been filled. I received two emails on 9/**/2013 that indicated that a package was being sent. I have not received either package. I checked the tracking information which claims that one package was delivered on 9/**/2013; it was not delivered then or since. The other package only listed being processed on 9/**/2013 and no activity since. I have emailed intimo twice in the last three weeks and have not been shown the curtesy of a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order fulfilled and I think they should offer quite a generous credit or similar due to the rudeness they have shown.

Review: Placed an order for 3 items before Christmas. All were advertised as in stock. Only one item arrived and no further communication from the seller. I have sent 3 emails and have not received any reply. I was unable to find their address until today using LinkedIn.Desired Settlement: I would like the items delivered. I received a pajama top and would like to have the matching bottom.

Review: I ordered 2 items from this company before Christmas. One of the items was reported as out of stock, the other was sent but was too large. I followed the company's directions and returned the item (at my expense) and requested an exchange of the next smaller size. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I requested an update and they replied that they had sent me an email that they had cancelled the order because it was out of stock. I wrote back that I had received no such email and requested information regarding whether they expected to get the item back in stock so I could reorder it; if not, I requested that they refund my money. I received no reply in 4 weeks, despite sending another email. Finally, after checking the company's Web site again and seeing that they were still showing the item in the size I wanted, I reordered it 1 week ago, asking that they use my credit balance as they direct customers to do on their Web site. The company indicated that the order had gone through and that they would notify me when it shipped. A week later, after hearing no further from the company, I checked on their Web site for the status of the order. The Web site indicated that the order had been cancelled, with no explanation as to the reason. I sent another email today asking for an explanation but have no confidence that I will hear anything from them.Desired Settlement: While this company states that it does not provide refunds but, rather, provides a credit that can be used for merchandise on the site for 1 year, it seems obvious to me that I will not be successful in obtaining any goods that I want for the money I have already given them. Their Web site does not reflect what they actually have available and they do not respond to requests for clarification or information. I have already spent 2 months and numerous emails trying to resolve this problem without success or any apparent desire on their part to respond or to resolve it. I can easily see a year elapsing in this way, whereupon they can then claim that the time for my store credit has run out. I do not wish to spend any additional time, effort and certainly no more money trying to get them to send me acceptable merchandise. I, therefore, simply want them to refund my money ($130.50) to the credit card to which it was charged.

They basically told me to wait until they got new merchandise and then try to order again. They did not offer to refund my money as I had requested. I responded that I did not wish to continue to do business with them and informed them that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which could be resolved by them refunding my money. I have had no further response from them. Their email and my response are attached.
