On a Saturday Morning in June our air was still not working, having gone out the
night before. We called Reliable and [redacted] S; came right up. He worked a long
time and told us what he found to be the problem. Since that time, we have a
better running air conditioner than we can remember having - he was so nice
and knowledgeable - I am so happy to have a chance to put in a good word for
him - I hope we don't need any further assistance, but I trust we will have him come

Reliable Heating & Air always come when they say. They are professional and good at what they install and service. Have be using them for service inspections going on 12 years.
One of my A/C units, a Maytag package unit, was unable to maintain the thermostat cooling setting as the daytime temperatures rose. Called Reliable and a service tech tech came by the same day and said the unit was frozen. After a day to allow the unit to thaw, another tech, [redacted] came by and quickly found a leak in the evaporator coil. The replacement part had to be ordered and [redacted] came out first thing The following Monday morning and had the unit working again within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with Reliable's responsiveness and the ability of the technicians to quickly identify and resolve the problem.

I knew something was wrong with my furnace, but until a part was replaced, I didn't realize how bad it was, it is working perfectly and efficiently!
