Intown Suites Gunbarrel

Checked in May 8, 2015- Day 1- Bathroom was disgustingly filthy. Toilet reeked of urine. Carpet dirty. I noticed on the towels- there was long reddish brown hair on them. I decided to go buy some cleaning supplies-( Bleach,Pine Sol,Spic & Span, toilet bowl sanitize r & scrubbing bubbles) I went to work on the unit. After cleaning the bathroom and kitchenette thoroughly with the one time issued washcloths- I just had to take pics of the washcloths. I called the front desk mgr. [redacted]- I asked if he could send someone to vacuum the floor- he replied "I'm sorry No- your cleaning day is on Wed. (I just checked in over 1hr prior.) He then told me that he just inspected the room before I checked in. I felt as if he thought that I was lying- so I went to front ofc with pics in toe. [redacted] looked at pics and said "I'm sorry I'll send someone now"- I will never stay here ever again! The housekeeper did Not knock on door she just walked in while she was on her cell phone. Smh.
