They were nothing but professional and courteous We pestered them all the time with questions, but they could not have been more helpful and patient The whole process was easy and we raised a lot of money and had a terrific product Highly recommend thisSincerely,

I am a high school teacher in Kansas who set up a fundraiser for a business club. The business owner designed custom cases for us to sell both online and in-person within a two week selling window. (Oct. 3rd-Oct 14th)No minimum quantity was required and once sales ended the cases were to be delivered within 15 business days (by Nov. 4th) The owner was to keep me updated with online sales progress as there was no way for me to see or track those sales. Not only did the owner not keep me updated as to sales progress but when the 14th of October came, he “disappeared”. He would not respond to email, phone or [redacted] messages. This was after he had charged customer credit cards. I was only able to get him on the phone two weeks later after one of my students called pretending to be a potential customer. At that point he still tried to hang up on me until I accused him of running a scam. He then flew off the handle, yelling at me, insulting me, telling me that I was not worth his time and that we had not sold enough cases for him (said we sold 6 total) to produce them even when our contract clearing stated no min. requirements. After me forwarding him his email that stated his terms he agreed to make them after all but changed the delivery time to Nov. 18th. He still had never shown me who my online customers were. The week of the 18th he once again ignored my email and phone messages until I told him that I would be reporting him. He came back with more insults and lies in his email about why they had not arrived. (Even tried to tell me the post office was closed on Election Day). He told me that he would deal with my online customers directly. He still has not shown me the online results but he did send an email with an order form that was supposed to prove that he had ordered the cases. The order form showed 16 cases (not 6 like he had told me). I only know the identity of one online customer because she emailed me concerned as he sent her an email on Nov. 19th basically asking if she still wanted her case and that it would still take another 7-9 days to be delivered. I am concerned that we are being scammed as he continues to lie and change delivery times. I am concerned that we will never see a penny of our sales and that he has cheated a bunch of High School students out of their hard earned money. (He said we did nothing to try to sell them but would never listen to what my students actually did) I have email communication proving everything that I have stated. Steer clear of this “fundraiser!”
