I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY They don't even shred the documents themselves as far as I can tell, the "sales" person told me on the phone that they take them to a third party My "sales" person uses an email address in his personal internet domain, not the company's name / domain so there is no direct audit trail between the two They ask for e-signature return over clear emailThat's a show stopper right thereYou can FAX, but that is not fully secure either, by today's standards In an attempt to secure #3, the "sales" guy handed, somehow, my intentionally separated encrypted e-signature file and an associated de-encrypt instructions to an "inside" person who later posted BOTH pieces of data / information back to me in the same clear well-know public email provider By this, I declare that this company is just a trucking operation and not at all in tune with modern security / protection practices you'd expect from such services
I called their office on a Monday, and left a massage with my information, a very polite man called me the same day, took my informationJay, their sales associate, called me that same day and came down to my office the next day to look at my extensive files that I had accumulated for yrs, I had hundreds of boxes, some on my basement and some in my atticI was given a fair price compared to some of the companies I calledThat Thursday as planned, they came and took all my file boxes with out a hitch! Loved this guys will recommend them every time!
