The product requires a prescription and can only be dispensed to a licensed pharmacist or Doctor/Physician AssistantAfter a few days *** contacted our customer service department prepared to give the Physician Assistance informationWe can send over the forms to the clinic, in doing so the Physician Assistance was out sick that ***As of today we are waiting on the PA to authorize the replacement then I will be happy to send out the replacement unit

I have been in contact with *** from this company on many occasionsEven though she has tried daily to reach someone at the dermatologist's office no one has contacted her backThere were refills issued for this prescription when the original prescription was filledHer resolution was to send samples of the medication to the doctor and then I would have to drive miles to the doctor's office to pick up the samplesI want a new bottle of the medication shipped to my home just like the original bottle wasI do not have confidence that if the samples are mailed to the doctor's office that I would ever receive itThis back and forth has been going on over a month and at this point it is very frustrating
