Ms. [redacted] booked this reservation through Winter Park Central Reservations (WPCR). WPCR was made aware of the situation after the guest departed Winter Park. Once we were aware of the situation, WPCR contacted the Viking Lodge regarding a refund for Ms. [redacted]. In the meantime, Ms. [redacted] filed...
a chargeback to her credit card. WPCR had notified the Viking Lodge that a full refiund would be made by WPCR and Viking would reimburse WPCR.
This was completed June 3, 2014. See attached itinerary statement with refund noted. A full refund of $637.38 was made to Ms. [redacted]. We apologized that the resolution took so long.
