We have issued the customer a refund for $50.00 which were the court filing fees. All other fees are non refundable per the terms and conditions the customer agreed to prior to payment.

We sent instructions to the customer on how to refile their claim. They must first call and speak to someone at the court as per the instructions from the clerk. Once they have done so, they can refile. Please keep in mind we do not supply legal advise or assistance with filling out the questionnaire. It is the responsibility of the customer to fill in the questionnaire correctly. If they experience an error, we ask for a screen shot of the error message so we can fix it.
