MrRoy Hwas suppose to transfer a pre-need amount paid by me to another funeral home for services rendered on 04/16/for homegoing of my mother and to date that payment has not been paidIt took a month for the other funeral home to even get in contact with MrHand when contact was finally made a check provided by MrHwas not the amount paid by me! Then to add insult to injury when the check was presented it could not be honored because funds were not there not once but different times!! To date this matter has not been resolved!!
