Intricate Construction Ltd

We had the owner of Intricate Construction Ltd. do some concrete work for us at our home. He advertises 15 years of experience and customer satisfaction is their priority. After completing the new concrete porch and steps at our front door we couldn't believe the extremely sloppy job that was done. Not only was the quality of work horrific, the steps he built do not meet the Ontario Building Code standards therefore we are forced to re do the entire job. The owner has done nothing to rectify this and wants payment in full!!!! Our experience with this company has been a nightmare and we would not recommend him to anyone.
