Ben *** with Area Restaurants Guide, Atlanta Area Restaurant and AG Media promised services and made claims that he has not delivered onIn April 2016, I paid him $for " a lifetime listing on our website and access to all the new features we roll out in the future(***) Plus listed in 30,restaurant guides in area hotels for a more immediate return on your investment while we ramp up traffic to the site."
While the site has been published, he has yet to drive meaningful traffic (if any) to it and the 30k restaurant guides for hotels have not been publishedFive months into the contract (August 2016), Ben responded to my repeated requests for an updateHe said, "I haven't done the hotel brochures yet, and there has been "0" activity on the site since I haven't been able to promote it."

Review: On January 14, 2014 I signed a contract with AG Media and mailed them a 50% deposit in the amount for $300. AG Media was hired to work on and update my current website for a business that I own. The contract states the following."Starting date is January 15th 2014 and *estimated completion* date is within 14-21 daysfor the total amount of $600.00 for the complete package. Client is requested to pay 50% ($300.00) upfront before work begins,and 50% ($300.00) when completed project is finalized and approved. Should the developer fail to meet the needs of the client as outlined by this agreement, the client will be entitled to a full refund of 100% of the amount paid."January 19, [redacted] emailed me and told me I would have something to review by the end of January. Throughout February and March I emailed [redacted] multiple times and called [redacted] twice. [redacted] emailed me on April 1 and said that I would have something by the end of the week. I am filing this complaint because no services have been delivered and I have not heard from [redacted] in the last 29 days. I have been very patient and have requested my $300 deposit be returned to me. [redacted] has not responded.Desired Settlement: I would like my $300 deposit refunded, in the form of a check, from AG Media.
