Review: Contracted with the company to create website on April 8th with a particular design, gave specifics via PDF on how we would like the design to be. Communication with initial design phase took more than two weeks with no updates other than our office calling requesting a time line on the design. The company was not helpful at all in the initial design phase. When the finally updated the theme, it was not at all like we discussed to keep the same theme as the newsletter that was emailed to him. We voiced our concerns stating that the lack of initiative in communicating with us to help with our design, what they need from us, and we requested a refund. The response we received is as followed:"Well, we are not a one man operation for starters. You were supposed to go through the site and let us know what we needed to do to your liking So communicate it rather than complaining.. As far as communicating it has gone well and it is news to me. As far as communicating goes you have not told me one thing that is wrong. If you feel the need to post negative on [redacted] that is on you. There will be no refund. I suggest next time keep your threatening comment to a low because A you pissed me off. Now your just an [redacted]. "Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $400
