I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They did siding, roofing and windows on my home last year (2017)I have contacted you before, regarding two missing screensThey have been here twice in and measured the windows with the promise they would get the screensThe last visit was from Bob (one of the owners) that was in MayI still have not recieved the screens, nor will they return my numerous phone calls to resolve this problemThis is unexceptable business and I have had enough of begging this company to supply us with screens we NEVER recievedThank youI want my two screens so I am able to open windows Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Mark at business and the following was relayed: I have reordered the screens personally last week [redacted] windows has been informed and will call the customer when they arrive and the customer can then go and pick up the screensIt is expected to be in within the next weeksI have mailed a copy of the order to the customer which they should have received

customer was given back deposit weeks ago, Husband came and picked upShe was offered a discount and husband said he will think it overYes the job information accidentally was lost on our end due to part of the original contract being changed by home owner when we found the error we quickly called to set up job but the wife wanted no part of it without a discountWe called and gave Husband the discount but for some reason he couldn't understand that we lowered the price, so when he came in to pick up deposit we explained it again which helped him to understand, he left our office and said he would still use house crafters to do job but he would have to clear it with wife first

I attached the response with this where we clearly show the extras we did for freePlus Steve 's text refers to here Revdex.com complaint and in the follow up text from her she denies ever making itSteve felt be traded after not charging home owner for home owners previous faulty wiring that was hidden behind pre existing drywall, he took sympathy on a new expecting mother and went out of his way to buy a gift for the new born baby because she was upset from the change orders1- according to complaint " we didn't show up" I attached texts to prove we tried2- "claiming we estimate lower" we did all work to contracted price, home owner added electrical to room which started a avalanche of electrical problems which we sent proof of, I don't think the mother of his unborn baby, { I don't think they are married} and [redacted] communicated his extras that he added on and the problems that arose from the upgrade 3- "have all the money" they didn't pay until 4-8-and they shorted us, so how did we get all the money

Were sorry but we have no call from this person, did they leave a message ? who did they talk to ? we have no write up for a repair ? we checked everyone's appointment books and nothing shows up ! where does the customer want us to look on the front or rear of houseLooking at the front or standing
in the back yard what side of the roof is this located upper, middle, lowerCustomer should call between 9-and have a appointment for us to meet themThanks Mark C

we need the exact windowswe ordered the screens from manufacture and they cant find them again, it has nothing to do with us trying to not give them there screens, I don't own that company but we are doing every thing possible to get them re ordered

House Crafters came to our home to remove snow from the roof in the winter of
Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied for the following reason(s):
I contracted with you to remove snow from our roof. In
the process of removing the snow, you destroyed several shingles and the
flashingTo date, contrary to your commitment to repair this damage
free of charge, you have made no attempt to contact usWe want the immediate repair of the damage they
causedSince they are unable or unwilling to repair this damage, will we submit to them repair estimate so that they may
reimburse us so that another roofing company can make the repairsTHe attached information you requested was handed to us after the job was doneWe did not sin nor did we agree to non warrantied work

1-you said only one shingle was damaged and no rush,
2-you were told we don't cover shingle damage do to snow and ice removal
3- we had to chop ice feet thick on your roof in order to get the water to run off
4- we only charged you $because you are a previous customer now you are
trying to insinuate the roof was not installed properly in this complaint in order to get a free service call

This is their fault and they are not willing to repair the damage they caused.  They are lying. While I may have said no rush in the dead of winter to repair the roof damage, it is now summertime and the company has made no attempt to solve the problem. I am not insinuating, I am stating the only roof leaks occurred with the roof installed by this company. I never signed any documents relieving them of any responsibility of further destroying my roof when they did snow removal. This is their negligence and unwillingness to accept responsibility for faulty work. I want the cost of this roof repair paid to us.  Regards,  [redacted]

Here are the two proofs of contact from the business contacting me harassing and provoking me after submitting a complaint about the company to the Revdex.com.  The text message is from Steve who is the project manager and claimed to be the business owner several times when dealing with house...

I have mailed a copy of the order to the customer which they should have received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  On Aug. 26th John and his crew corrected the gutter problems, including remounting the back gutter.

House Crafters will be out to take care of your rear liberty flat roof that you want trimmed at corners  and re sealed, We will also re-plumb gutter. The front of house was torn off and shingled, there was no plywood installed by house crafters to front porch, We have pictures showing dip in...

porch roof is pre-existing and at the time of estimate there was no request by you to see if we could level out hump in roof nor were you charged to do so. You have a framing issue and adding plywood on top of another sheet of plywood does not guarantee a level appearance. We can come out and tear that area off to try and soften the appearance of that hump but there are no guarantees but we have a few idea's. If you want any framing work done as to re-construct that area of porch or if new plywood is needed there will be a fee attached  since you were not charged initially. All area's of the roof claimed to have dropped 3 inches is do to the fact that someone illegally installed 3 to 4 roofs on that porch which we have prior pictures showing huge dips in roof at valley and upper peak. I will try and send crew out this week. Thanks Mark C.
