Revdex.com:
At this time, I have not been contacted by D***s Refrigeration Services LLC? regarding complaint ID ? Furthermore, I don't expect he has any intentions of calling me or resolving this issue because I gave him many chances before contacting Revdex.com
Regards,

I hired Tony D[redacted] to have his company replace our A/C system. On September 13, 2011 we paid him $5,500 when his company completed the work. He gave us a 5-year Warranty (which should still be in effect). Within a couple of days after he done the work, we noticed our home was not...

cooling like it should. Within the first couple months we found out the system was already losing Freon. He did replace the Freon, but we had to call him back a few times that year because he still did not look for the real problem and fix it. Before the first year was over, he admitted to me there was a problem and promised he would check back with us to keep a close eye on it & would find a solution. He did not, and going forward we had a hard time contacting him. Although I don't believe he noted this anywhere, Freon was replaced several times, but he never bothered to find out why this was happening (Last time was July of 2015 - he sent us a bill saying that parts were only covered under warranty for one year but labor for 5-years- His employee did not note the Freon that he added to our system but charged us for cleaning the compressor). He later voided the bill, but never responded to another service call. I continued to leave messages, trying to remind him this is the same leak the system had since he installed it and that he had to add Freon several times. He later left a very nasty message on my cell phone, which I still have, saying we don't pay our bills and the problem was our fault. I then called another A/C company to come out to investigate, and they found the leak. They found that the part was still under warranty, but I had to pay the other company to find the leak, then replace the part and repair the problem. The Freon level was extremely low. The cost of service and Freon replacement I paid to the additional A/C company totaled $680. This should all have been found within the first year of installation by D[redacted]'s and completely covered under his Warranty. I have been telling everyone about my experience and do Not recommend him at all.     Also, In the voice message he left on my cell phone, which I still have, he also threatened to ruin my professional reputation if I reported him to Better Business.Attachments: From 2nd A/C Company hired, (1) Documented evaluation with estimate of repair costs before the work was performed. (2) the 2 receipts from this company I hired to repair the leak.I also have records on my cell phone of a number of texts to Mr. D[redacted] showing how I had been trying to get service from him and complaints of the A/C not working properly from as far back as 2012 (within first year of installation). I also have a copy on my cell of the voice message I described above.
