I'm beating a dead horse here...This matter has been going on since last year when the *** pulled $from our operating account through there credit card company The *** reported us to The State Attorney General's Office and their result was there was no wrong doingThe job had
turned into a much bigger job due to unmitigating circumstances beyond anyone's controlThe City of Galloway, The Gas Company, and the Gas Companies subcontractor ended up showing up on the job...that is not something that happens on a small coupled repair job!!! There was over $300,worth of equipment used on that jobThe City's Vactor truck and my Subcontractor's BackhoeMy Subcontractor cost AC Flush more then what *** *** is claiming is owed on the jobAnd the full balance wasn't just for the sewer line repair...there was dump fee's, grating fee's and the removal of extensive root system that we had to come back to remove because of it's sizeIt needed to be cut up into sections just to be able to remove it from her propertyThis is the last time I'm addressing this issueThe work that was done was justified for the cost. There was an invoice, full report on charges, as well as multiple emails explaining work, rates, and the reasons for the job increaseThis matter is not for the Revdex.com it is going to be decided by the court system

I am rejecting this response because:1. We were billed $for "sewer line repair / replaced 35' of SDR pipe and excavated sq/ft at $sq/ft. Is this the standard billing practice used by your company? Is this the rate for private homeowners? Why are the excavation charges AND the pipe replacement lumped together? This does not seem to be an acceptable billing practiceIs it the general practice of AC Flush to charge for a broken cable $on the final bill AFTER writing "NO CHARGE FOR BROKEN CABLE" on the original estimate?3. Is it the general practice of AC Flush to charge customers for additional repairs that were directly caused by the backhoe operator and were not part of the original estimate? We were not made aware of this. ** *** was not on the scene at the time of this incident, there was no visible root intrusion and the location of the break was several feet away from where the tree had been and in fact was not near the area where the original problem had been originally diagnosed. It was determined after running the cable through the sewer line on 5/that the break was in the area between the existing tree and the sidewalk, why was a foot section dug in the first place? There was no reason to assume the sewer break was any place other than originally diagnosed. This seems to be a mistake on the plumber and these costs should not be passed on to the customerThe biggest reason we are disputing this bill is the fact that we were billed for a total of feet of pipe and sq/ft of excavation. This is an exaggeration of the actual area that was in fact excavated. The total length of the area that was excavated was approximately feetWe have photo's to prove this and my husband was there the entire timeHad the length of the excavation been feet it would have reached the edge of my house as the distance from the street to the house is approximately feet total. How can we be charged for ft of sewer pipe replacement when only approximately feet were excavated in the first place?
