I am rejecting this response because: I would still like to keep a FORMAL complaint on file this Business is unethical. I purchased a reading and as SOON as the *** payment was sent she stopped responding. Via *** Messenger, I could see that she was reading my messages and not responding, I replied up until just a little over minutes after the purchase and on into the next dayThen she proceeded to harass me on *** where I had to block ALL of her accounts. She also e-mailed me calling me a liar because I stated that I felt she was in some financial hardship, due to the fact that she mentioned all of her "other accounts" being messed up and she could ONLY use *** otherwise I would have sent her a Direct payment via ***(Thank GOD I didn't) Attached are our messages. This costs me time and effort because *** takes days to research where I was on the phone with them for over an HOUR+ trying to get the seller to reply and she NEVER responded to *** even to this day! I eventually had to cancel with my Bank BEFORE the end of days which would cause further problems with my bank. Attached original I sent the payment at 12:05am, payment said sent, then at 1:am I asked if she wanted my number to call me NOTHING, then aproxminutes later I checked in again because she said she was just finishing something up and to give her about minutes,again NOTHING.Yet instead of apologizing and stating maybe she fell asleep or something happened ONCE she saw that I filed a claim on *** and with Revdex.com as well as posted what she did on *** she simply started name calling and accusing ME of lying and NEVER owning up to what she truly did. Had she apologized in the beginning I would have understood but her attitude let me know she was CLEARLY guilty and caught trying to scam. Had I NOT asked *** and my Bank to put a hold on the account when I did I would still be chasing her for a refund

these messages on my pages saying all these bad and untrue things about meAs was tbis message from B.B.BI then called ***(over an hour phone call)They said she paid and then less than minutes later hit refundThen started this slandor rampageThe things they said makes me believe they know meI in NO WAY STOLE her moneyAnd after you file a claim with *** its out of my handsThis whole thing is crazy!
