I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Just to respond to a few things: We have always appreciated the professional courtesy Christine afforded us as someone who has done work with my husband's company However, I do not think that we should be expected to settled for something made incorrectly because of this Had I known that accepting this courtesy (which I did not ask for or know about in this case) meant that I would have to be satisfied if the shades were wrong, I believe I would have passed And my "extreme and unfriendly" actions were simply a response to having both our emails and phone calls go unanswered for one year Given that the last correspondence we received was on April 14, ("The reorder is in motion") and that we were never informed of any status after that I believe filing a complaint was justified

Hi ***, We spoke last week regarding the claim made by my client (ID ***) Here’s my written response you requested: My client was not satisfied with how some woven roman shades stacked when they were in the raised position. As this was a friend, I had sold the
window treatments to her at my cost and provided all of my consultation for free, as I have over the years. It really quite shocked me when I was contacted by Revdex.com with a formal complaint. It seemed extreme and quite unfriendly Originally, the manufacture said the variance was within for them and did not agree to replace the shades. I spoke with management and they conceded to help out but the amount turned out to be so minimal, I was not able to make up the difference In the meantime, I have written two letters and have recently been informed they will do much more in the replacement of the shades. I will reach out to my client to inform them of this change Let me know if you need anything else from me in the matter Thank you, Christine ***

I ordered custom blinds from Christine at InUnison Design; they were delivered to us in June, After they were hung we noticed that two of the blinds were made incorrectly and did not stack the same as the others when pulled all the way up I contacted Christine immediately and almost two years later she has not moved to resolve this issueIn the early stages of trying to get this issue resolved it would take her months to even reply to my emails One year ago she emailed to say that "the reorder is in motion" That is the last we have heard from her My and my husbands emails and calls go unreturned at this point Our bill was paid promptly and in full at the time the blinds were ordered
