Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Just to respond to a few things: We have always appreciated the professional courtesy Christine afforded us as someone who has done work with my husband's company However, I do not think that we should be expected to settled for something made incorrectly because of this Had I known that accepting this courtesy (which I did not ask for or know about in this case) meant that I would have to be satisfied if the shades were wrong, I believe I would have passed And my "extreme and unfriendly" actions were simply a response to having both our emails and phone calls go unanswered for one year Given that the last correspondence we received was on April 14, ("The reorder is in motion") and that we were never informed of any status after that I believe filing a complaint was justified
