had some other serious delays from suppliers. When the dust settled we were honest with all of our backers and customers, including the customer filing, and let them know that because of our mistake they would need to either pay additional shipping (for international customers) or opt into a list of customers to be refunded. Those customers asking for a refund were on a first come first serve basis in order to ensure that we were still in business to refund all of them. The customer in question requested his refund on March  28th 2015, after at least 100 other customers were already on the list. Since then we have refunded dozens of customers and, given the circumstances and the fact that his refund was coming up soon on the list, we went ahead today and refunded him the requested 556.40 via Paypal. We would prefer to refund all customers precisely in the order requested but we were willing to make this exception.We hope this will lead to a quick resolution.-Michael [redacted]
