Builder has unfinished projects or incorrectly finished projects he refuses to cure
The last unit built in our development sold over a year ago and the builder still has unfinished projects or incorrectly finished projects that need attention and refuses to cure the issues or even communicate about the issues
Retaining wall built at *** *** *** was poorly built, not level, corners cut incorrectly, wall cap not installed and instead of being backfilled with topsoil and grass seed was filled with leftover mulch
Only half of the exhaust vents & outdoor light fixture covers have been painted
Siding needs painted on the side of *** *** *** back of unit * and around the roof of unit
Temporary mailboxes need removed
Temporary electric meter box/pole needs removed
Irrigation system was not completed and fully functional
One outdoor pole/park light still not functioning
Fence along property line not built
