Problems with Product/Service Complaint At first they were very nice and easy to get in touch with me. Now that I have paid in full I can't get a hold of anyone by email or by phone. So I gave up, I was sent a total of 25 companies and 15 of them were not even close to my patent. They sent me packages to sent to Video game companies, [redacted] and other non medical companies. They told me I had to send the packets out myself. I tried and tried to get a hold of them they would not return my calls for weeks or months at a time. My friend who is also in this with me had to send stern letters to ***. I now get a email stating the attorney on my case is leaving, I asked him to let [redacted] know I want at least $1500.00 back, it has been 3 years and nothing. They have not fulfilled they contract and even told me after two years they would not help me any further.
