We have been purchasing watches from Inventory Adjusters for more than 15 years. They are like the [redacted]'s or [redacted] of the watch world where you can buy brand name, brand new watches from $25.00 to $25,000 at anywhere from 25% to 50% off the manufacturer's price. They are remarkably reliable people to work with, very honest and very dependable and actually deliver what they promise. It is a rare company that a customer can write about and say that in all these years I have never been disappointed in any transaction. I recommend them to family, friends and business associates with extreme confidence.They are the best at what they do!

I first dealt with Lorin at inventory adjusters when I had To have my vintage Rolex repaired - they did a fabulous job and were the only people in town to finally get it working again (thx to [redacted]) . I have had many dealings with them since, each time finding their pricing to be way below wholesale & their staff & service to be beyond exemplary. Now I discover that they also have great fine Jewelry too . . . What could be better.

GREAT store and service - best prices too. My most recent purchase was a beautiful Michele which I love. I also had my Techno- Marine watch's crown fixed by them. I have an amazing experience with Inventory Adjusters and want to recommend the company to anybody who is looking for a high quality watch in a reasonable price.
My [redacted] watch was shipped very quickly. After using it several weeks, I noticed this watch loses ~5 mins/day. So I contacted to a customer service of the company. They replied to me very quickly, saying that they can take a look at my watch. So, I shipped it back. Two weeks later, I received my watch with a document of repair order. Yes, my watch is repaired.
They are professional and sincere in their business. Highly recommended.

I have had one purchase with Inventory Adjusters and found the experience totally gratifying. The watch purchased for my wife was 30% of the prices listed elsewhere. It was shipped promptly but unfortunately a pin was not properly secured in the bracelet and fell out. Inventory Adjusters handled the matter in a prompt and professional manner. They sent a replacement pin overnight but when that did not fit the watch was returned to them for repair at their direction and cost. They fixed the bracelet and overnighted it back. The watch is now perfect. We are delighted with their service and integrity

I Just received my new watch today. The shipping was very fast (3 days across the country)and the quality of the watch in incredible. I purchased the [redacted]. While the watch did not come with the original box it did come shipped very securely in a nice watch box. The day I ordered the watch it went on sale after I had paid for it. I called Inventory Adjusters and they honored the sale price for me and refunded the difference back to my credit card. I am very pleased with this purchase and with Inventory Adjusters. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a great deal on a watch!

I ordered a Bulova watch for my wife's Christmas present through Amazon and while it arrived in a timely fashion, the watch arrived with significant (deep) scratches and wear, particularly on the inner case. The watch was very clearly used/damaged and looked like it had been tampered with. I reached out to Inventory Adjusters regarding this and they repeatedly insisted they do not send damaged watches and said to mail it back to them. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just kept replying with the same exact response time and again, ignoring my many questions and comments. When I posted my experience on their Facebook business page hoping for better service, they were extremely quick to deny, yet again any fault but were quick to attack me. When I emailed photos of said damaged watch, they accused me of damaging it yet again, while still not apologizing or admitting fault. I have since opened a claim with Amazon and Amazon is investigating the company. I researched them further and found many other similar complaints and experiences, often alleging counterfeit watches. I have yet to be contacted by a manager, and have been accused numerous times of various things, all while they deny any fault. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, and if you do, make sure you have your watch professionally appraised.

I'm very pleased with Inventory Adjusters. My experience with them was as advertised: super inexpensive and they delivered exactly what I wanted, quickly. I'm always leery of websites that have prices far lower than everyone else, afraid they may be scams. The watch I wanted was almost $100 less expensive on their site than the most discounted prices I saw elsewhere--ultimately over 60% off the retail price. But I found enough positive info online to make me feel it was worth taking the risk. To be honest, I was a bit surprised when it actually came, ha. But it came in just a few days and was brand new (as advertised). I love it!
Also, they included a warranty and a slip with lots of contact information and details on how to submit feedback, which instills more confidence, in my opinion.
Just one curious thing: the watch came with fewer links than the factory version. I know because I'd tried it on at a department store and it had way more links. The one I got had just enough to fit my wrist, suggesting someone had removed some links. It wasn't a problem in the end, because thankfully it was still big enough to fit my wrist (I had to take out just one link rather than what would have been several from the in-store watch). Curious though.
Either way, I'm extremely satisfied.
