I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand the breakdown of the costs; however, your employees should be more informed of this and relay the correct information. I should not be told one price and then it actually be more than double that amount when I come to pick up the car. Also, this does not address the name-calling and severe lack of professionalism by your business.

Here are the files that were requested; copy of my credit card statement and the images of the two conflicting signs (again, we only saw the 7-5 sign when we parked which was right in front of the parking space and did not see the other sign till later that night after all the cars had been...
