Revdex.com called business to get response -- spoke to Cheryl ***.Ms [redacted] indicates that when Ms [redacted] and her daughter (as co-signer) came in for financing, one of the documents they signed was an agreement that if information provided to the lender could not verified (and the loan not approved), the vehicle would need to be returned within a specified timeframe, and all deposits ($500, in this case) would be forfeited(i.e., non-refundable deposit)When some information provided by Ms [redacted] in the finance process could not be verified by the lender, the dealer allowed her an extra day to return the vehicle, as she was in the middle of a move, and agreed to refund $of the $deposit as a goodwill gesture, though the documents she'd signed specified that this deposit was non-refundable.Ms [redacted] says Inver Grove Auto did not tell Ms [redacted] that they would be refunding the 'remaining' $of the depositRather, she says they explained to Ms [redacted] that they would try again to get her financed through a different source, and -- if able to do so -- would credit that $toward her deposit on that 'new' vehicle. As Ms [redacted] has now decided to move on and attain financing / purchase elsewhere, Ms [redacted] indicates that Inver Grove Auto will not be refunding this remaining $She reiterates that the signed agreement specifies the entire $deposit was considered non-refundable, and the $Ms [redacted] was refunded was solely on a goodwill basis.(Scan of 'Inver Grove Auto Agreement' attached.)

I am rejecting this response because:I have the actual text of proof where I see they either have a few facts mixed up or they are not telling the whole truthI am willing to provide both the Revdex.com as well as Inver Grove Auto a copy of the complete conversation where Sean has acknowledged that these items were agreed upon at the time of sale, and also where he admits they have not been rectifiedPlease let me know if I should provide this information.Thank you, [redacted]

Mr *** says when attempting to sell the truck to another dealer recently, he was told that the title on the truck had been "jumped" -- that the name on the title did not match who actually sold the vehicle to him.Says when he initially called to come in and see the truck, was asked by the person
he spoke to (Kenneth, possibly?) to come in on a SundaySays that person opened up the office, got keys to the truck, and ultimately sold him the vehicle

We try to do our best for customer serviceThere are some cases that our best isn’t good enough for our customersWe replaced the tire sensor on 11/23, took it to Mauer Chev which we paid to have the tire recalibrated to the sensor and there were no issues with the tire when she picked up
the truck. We had a set of nuff bars that we had ordered, but had received the wrong sizeMy only explanation is that it took me a couple of days before I realized these had to be reorderedI can’t help the length of delivery time, especially this time of yearOnce they came in Sean sent a text to her to let her know they were here, that was 12/I had gotten her the plates and tabs for her car, 12/7, called her once I had them and asked if she wanted to come pick them up or should I mail them out to herShe said she was going to wait till she came in for the nuff bars and pick them up then.As Sean told her we are doing this as a plus to her as the car was sold AS IS, which she signed the agreement and also that we owed her nothing which she signed agreeing to that as well. When she called Sean a liar about the tire and nuff bars that was when he lost it with her Reading the text off Sean’s phone and comparing them to what she wrote, there were parts that she left outAt this time that is immaterial as the “damage” has been doneNow she is telling Sean that I agreed to fix the horn which I knew nothing about, this is the first time I’ve heard anything about the horn so she is adding things on and putting words in my mouth. After all the back and forth “daggers” and the complaint to the Revdex.com, I am waiting for an appointment to be set up so the nuff bars can be put onI am willing to check out the new tire complaint.I have mailed out her license plates with a note asking her to call so an appointment can be made but so far I haven’t heard anything from her

Not having received response from dealership to date, Revdex.com contacted consumer to see if issue had perhaps been resolved already. She indicated that after several additional phone calls to the dealership after filing complaint, she did ultimately receive a title showing the lien having been removed...

early last week.Revdex.com will close complaint as having been resolved at this time.

the car first of all was not owned by invergrove auto nor held for resale nor sold under inver grove auto . he purchased a smashed up truck from an employee for 500.oo  that gave him the title at the time of the sale nvergrove auto has nothing to do with this transaction he needs to contact the seller

Consumer indicates having received title with lien removed.
