Inver Grove Honda has gone above and beyond in attempts to care her vehicle and her concernsMs [redacted] owns a Honda Pilot with (at the time) 159,miles on itWith no prior visit history and or service history provided to us regarding her Pilot, she brought the car in for the first time on 4/16/for a dash light witch showed a faulty second gear pressure switch we repaired for Her next visit was on 5/14/for suggested brake work and oil change totaling On 5/20/the vehicle came to the shop with a loud ticking noiseThe diagnosis was pitted camshaft lobes and a possible problem from running low oil over the course of it's life cycleActing in Ms [redacted] 's best interests, we approached Honda to assist in replacement of her engine (99,mile out of warranty) and Honda approved the request and Inver Grove Honda performed the engine replacement under warranty at no cost to Ms [redacted] (a replacement value of over 8,at customer pay rates) The entire time she was provided a Odyssey van to drive at no charge Ms [redacted] had never spent to diagnose anythingShe had some routine maintenance performed and small pressure switch replaced - things common for a 159k PilotHer total spent with Inver Grove Honda was in three visitsInver Grove Honda believes it has acted more than favorably towards Ms [redacted] and provided exceptional value for the services paid for and some not paid forInver Grove Honda will always strive to provide value and quality for Ms [redacted] but is unable to agree with the request for refund of money never spent Please feel to contact me should you have any further questions Sincerely, Bryan [redacted] Inver Grove Honda"
The customer service at Inver Grove Honda was great Nice people, good service and a very helpful sales guy
Buyer beware! Do not get suckered into extended warranty! It is pro rated the same day as the factory warrantyIf you sell your vehicle say after years/17,miles, they will deduct $from the "extended" coverage as well It is a scam!!!

I went to Inver Grove Honda today around 4-4:30. I asked for a car wash. The car wash machine broke my front glass of my car. I specifically told them my glass was not like this before and they denied it. Then they harassed and threatened. An employee threatened to hit me while he was inside my car. He said, "Leave this place now! And we didn't break your glass." His boss came in and told his employee to force me out of the service center. On top of that, I requested to get my purse and my belongings from the car and the employee wouldn't let me. The employees boss commanded her employee to hit me with my own car, "Get inside her car and move it. We don't want this lady in here." I requested for a Somali interpreter for assistance, they said I had only one option-- To leave the service center. I cried for an about 30-40 minutes without help. The employee and the boss treated me like this because I was a Muslim. I was treated like this because of my language barrier. I called the polic

On Sunday, July 26,I was chatting on the phone with my best friend in Atlanta GA, I was sharing with him that I was ready to get a upgrade car because I can afford it now As I was chatting with, I had no idea that he was online searching for a dealership with the offer like Inver Grove Honda He came across Inver Grove Honda website, along with a few other and said he had found the perfect place for me to apply He was impressed with the detail information online it answered every question, so much that it wasn't necessary to make a long list of questions On Sunday night I email my concerns, with my questions this experience started by Jamie S***, contacted me by email that very next morning, to make it shortI scheduled an appoint the next I was introduced to Emily E*** had some concerns she work the impossible it seem at the timeShe is so amazing later in the afternoon she made arranged for a team member named Joey to come pick me up, great guyMet with Emily E*** again, she processed my application to the approval while answering questions for all my concerns I am a person that holds a person accountable to what they say and the advertisement onlineShe own up to it and she is a person to trust which is very important to meTo top off my day at the Inver Grove Honda, I met with John M***, for the signing and finalizing of the salethis was less than a hour purchaseHassle freeAnd meeting with John M*** was a great to end the visit I picked the Honda Civic LX I share with Emily if I leave the dealership happy I will share my experience and you can see I am very happy I hope you have the same experience as I didI encourage you or dare you to go have a good day meeting their staffThanks to my friend who proof reads and challenges any thing if it doesn't sound right Rebecca was the front desk receptionist while I was there I just want to say you are a wonderful person to welcome all the people coming in your first impression was very welcoming

Acting in Ms. [redacted]'s best interests, we approached Honda to assist in replacement of her engine (99,000 mile out of warranty) and Honda approved the request and Inver Grove Honda performed the engine replacement under warranty at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. (a replacement value of over 8,000.00 at customer pay rates)
The entire time she was provided a 2015 Odyssey van to drive at no charge.
Ms. [redacted] had never spent 1500.00 to diagnose anything. She had some routine maintenance performed and small pressure switch replaced - things common for a 159k Pilot. Her total spent with Inver Grove Honda was 576.22 in three visits. Inver Grove Honda believes it has acted more than favorably towards Ms. [redacted] and provided exceptional value for the services paid for and some not paid for.
