I am so sorry to hear of the issue's with the receiving of warranty paperwork for the protection package puchased for your Toyota Corolla here at InverGrove Toyota
I have investigated and tracked back the
paperworkAll paperwork and checks have been sent and applied for back on May 1stof this year
I also contacted *** the complany that covers all warranties that you purchased for your CorollaThey have informed me that all paperwork has been completed and the warranties have been issued through their parent company
I was told as were you by our sales people that the process does take up yo days after checks have been received
I apoligize that it has taken this long but, I have been assured that you will be in receipt of said warranties shortly
If by chance you do not receive by July 10th please feel free to contact me personnally

I would like to accept but I cannot due to the fact I have heard times prior I would be getting the paperwork but what I'm concerned about is the warranty itself and if there is any fine print that was not explained to me at the time of purchasing the rustproofing,paint protection and fabric protectionWhen I find this info out I would be OK to close this

I am rejecting this response because:
I had told the service manager of failure of the engine stalling its all documented with low idle when the vehicle was stalling outAlso the exhaust was getting louder as I drove the carI had it into service where they said they could not fix itI called Toyota customer service about the problems were not fixed and I wanted to do a buy back this before the vehicle was taken by invergrove ToyotaI was told by customer service bring back and if there was any push back to talk to themWhen I traded it in I told the manager on duty of the problems as well that's why it was going backI was told they would treat me right because of the problems I had with itThat was not the case so I'm seeking the difference in trade in and taking vehicle back because of these ongoing problems this dealer could not remedy

Service Manager and no problems were found. The customer also drove several other Tacoma's only to find that they all drove the same. I also know that this Tacoma was never determined by Toyota or through the State of Minnesota to have any issues or problems that would result in any action to consider "lemon Law ". Or as the customer states a buy back by Toyota. No issues were ever brought up to my staff members until two days after the sale was made when the customer first complained about his interest rate and his loan ( The complaint about his loan is on file with the Revdex.com ). The Tacoma is currently up for sale with no previous or current open recalls.   Sincerely,Jeff Stearns - General Manager Inver Grove Toyota.Tell us why here...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The service department manager promptly responded to all my complaints. He quickly had additional repairs done.  These repairs fixed the outstanding issue. The grinding/scraping noise is gone. There were no charges for these additional repairs.  I was also provided with a courtesy car to drive.  For this service department, the service manager is attentive to customers needs.

Back on July 6th a check was sent from our office for the cancellation of extended warranty. The check...

number was # [redacted] it was sent to Alliant Credit Union - [redacted] Chicago Ill. 60666. We have checked and as of this morning 8/1/2016 that check has cleared our bank. This check should have reduced the balance on the customers loan.I will be issuing a check to the customer for $100.00 and mailing out this week to his home address for his troubles.Sincerely,Jeffrey [redacted] General Manager - Inver Grove Toyota.
