I did not receive wholesale Transmission response until today July 21, via the Revdex.com emailAs such I am requesting that this complaint be reopened because of the fact that Wholesale Transmission admits that it performed the actual work on the vehicle in question and refuses to warrant their shoddy work and fraudulent representations to Mr***.Wholesale transmission's argument is irrelevant, because they admit that they performed the actual work that was the underlining cause of the damage done to the transmissionfact that Mr*** was not the actual customer, and the company never addressed the fact that it substituted a used transmission for the original transmission thereby voiding the warranty of the original companyTheir claim is that they want the original company to warranty a transmission they they didn't rebuild and wholesale transmission installed incorrectly

Mr*** had no direct contact with our business other than picking up his vehicle once repairs were completedWhen he called to report that he was having an issue he was told to bring the vehicle back to us and we would diagnose the issueThe next contact with Mr*** was well after he
brought the vehicle to another repair facility and authorized them to work on it which in turn voided his warranty with the facility in Georgia Wholesale Transmission performed a spot repair as per instructions from the original repair facility who was informed that there would be no warranty written or implied (see attachment) on the repairsThis issue is strictly between Mr*** and the repair facility in GeorgiaRegards,
