Customer came in office to report a leaking issue I sent husband out to repair as well as our installer team to install more block under skids to fix any leveling issues. I then sent a repair request again on 11/20/18. However, the company stated that they never received repair order and was resent on 12/12/18 when customer notified the finance company that he wouldn't pay for a building that needs repaired the finance company called me to find out what was up, I had no idea at this time issue was note resolved note: he didn't call me. Once the repair order was sent the company tried to schedule a repair but couldn't get a hold of the customer his phone was not in service. I contacted finance department and they sent an e-mail to him with the contact info to schedule a repair directly withe the repair dept. The customer then came in to my office and stated the events above and I gave him the info again. I spoke with the repair dept. and finance company 1/7/19 said they scheduled a repair went to home no-one was there and rescheduled for this Friday the customer was told that if he wasn't there they would have to charge him to come out again due to they travel 100 miles for this scheduled repair directly from the company. I am a retail store who sells a product but the responsibility for warrant/ repairs are directly the companies. However, if customer communicates with me I do whatever is in my power to resolve the issue. If customer doesn't want the shed he can contact the rent to own to return it at anytime as long as payment is current it won't affect his credit.
