I have enclosed a copy of their check-out and their check-out addendum
I have also addressed each item on the
"addendum" to answer her questions/concerns for you
This will be faxed to you todayWe are also going one step further by mailing you photos of the apartment and the horrific condition it was left in
Please review the case after the pictures arrive it will simply clarify our position and the fairness of the charges
One thing to note we did not charge them depreciated value on the carpet, but we have sent along photos to show the terrible condition this was left in
This apartment was one of the worst apartments I have seen in a long time

I have attached my response to Invespro Inc August 27th response
They are saying some items were missing, which they were notThey are saying some items were damaged which was not done by us
The way they talk about the apartment makes is sound like we lived in complete filth, which we did notAgain, I know I didn't deep clean, but I didn't leave it "Nasty" how they describe itI have seen an apartment at Candleridge left "nasty"
I have attached two pictures now to show Two good size holes CandleRidge/Invespro Inc was aware of and never fixedAnd when I notified them that mice were coming in, they still didn't cover the holes but only put Brillo pads inAnd laughed when a year old almost got a hold of one of the miceIt took a month to get the holes fixedwhich then led to our lease not being renewed
I will be mailing pictures, emails and statementsPlease wait to receive them before making a judgment call

am not sure how my reply this time will be any different than my last reply
I have gone over each item and explained the condition/status of that item (previously)
As far as the condition of the apartment the photos tell the storyAs far as the holes she is talking about we would not have rented the unit to them in that conditionI did
however, check the previous residents check-out and there were no charges to them for wall repair
As for the mice and that wall repair - It was taken care of and is not an issue with this disputeAgain, I do not know what else can be said now that would change our position with this matter

I have enclosed Ms***'s letter to us as well as our response to her in regards to her concerns addressed in
her letter
Ms*** gave us improper notice and there was a considerable amount of damages to the unitThese have all been outlined and sent to her in the form of her "Check Out" sheet

The matter was discussed with Mr. [redacted] on April 21, 2016.  A check in the amount of $40.00 was mailed to him on that day.
