[redacted]’s first call to Melissa, the Community Manager for her community, was on January 6th, 2016 as she stated.  When Melissa spoke to her on the phone, she tried numerous times to assist her logging in.  [redacted] was very rude and cussed on the phone several times despite Melissa trying...

to help her logon.  Melissa finally stated that she could not explain why she wasn’t able to get on.  Melissa told her that she would need to contact IT and see what the problem was.  After talking with another manager and them both trying to register [redacted], they could not determine the issue.  Melissa called and left [redacted] a voicemail and let her know that she would need to contact Paylease directly.  Paylease is a 3rd party that handles online payments.  Melissa didn’t hear back from her again until January 20th.  She returned her call promptly on January 20th and she again was rude and cussed on the phone.  Melissa tried to explain to her that we tried everything on our end and that she would need to contact Paylease directly and Melissa gave her the phone number again. Melissa also followed up her phone call with an email to [redacted].  Melissa also reiterated to her numerous times that she would not need to worry about a late fee as we are working with owners having technical issues.  Melissa has responded to [redacted] at every single phone call.
[redacted] left a voicemail yesterday, February 1st, for Melissa cussing and yelling stating that she refuses to help her and wouldn’t return her phone calls.  Melissa returned her call and again, left another voicemail.  She then called Chris B[redacted] and made the complaint on Revdex.com.
Melissa has tried helping her at every phone call.  This is not the first encounter with [redacted].  She has called Melissa several times regarding other issues and she screams and yells instead of communicating in a professional manner.  She screamed and cussed at Melissa at a prior date because the community decided to discontinue PayPal and she was irrate at that.  She screamed and cussed at Melissa at a prior date because the Board increased the dues.  She screamed and cussed at Melissa at a prior date because we would not log onto her bank and sign up as a vendor to accept her special payment through her bank.  She tends to be a very angry person every time she calls.  But Melissa has never not returned her call or taken her call.
The message Melissa left for her yesterday is an attempt to coordinate a conference call with Melissa, [redacted], and Paylease for another attempt and trying to fix the problem [redacted] is experiencing.  We cannot fix the problem without [redacted]'s assistance and participation.  [redacted] is also welcome to send in payment via check as well which she has been told.  As soon as Melissa hears back from [redacted] they will hopefully be able to resolve the issue.
