I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I would caution the public to stay away from taking an Invested IQ course through the Millionaire Mind event or through New Peaks/Peak PotentialsThey entice people to purchase their courses and then, as in my case, failed to actually have the course when they said they were going toAlso, after paying a thousand dollars to purchase the course, you go to the course and get up sold again for thousands of more dollarsYou have to keep taking the next level of class to obtain all the promised informationI know people who spent up to $30,on courses like this one through New Peaks/Peak PotentialsEven though they finally refunded my money for the Invested IQ course that they did NOT have, it was like pulling teeth to get the refundTheir customer service was terrible.

The Company has received the complaint filed by the customer with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) and immediately reached out to more fully understand the concern and to work toward an amicable resolution. Despite the customer purchasing services from the Company nearly 3 years ago (well beyond the...

standard 3 day right-to-cancel period), and having received access to view and complete the training online, the Company has issued a full refund to the customer. The customer has indicated they accept these terms and have signed a settlement agreement. A refund has been authorized and will post to the customer’s account within 5 days. Accordingly, the Company asks that this complaint be closed with a positive reflection on the Company profile, as they acted in good faith and reached an agreeable resolution with the customer within a reasonable timeframe.
