Review: I recently set up a campaign ([redacted]'s Cupcake Fund-racer) on the invested.in website to collect donations for a charity. I was running a marathon and asked friends and family to donate through this site so they would not need to write a check and mail it. My campaign ended on October 19, 2014. I submitted my request to withdraw my funds on October 21, 2014 (I have my transaction confirmation number). It is now November 26, 2014 and I still have not received my check. I have called the company four different times, both the 1-800 number and the corporate number on file, and have been instructed to leave a voice mail. I also sent multiple (3-4) emails to their support address and have yet to receive any sort of response. It has been over a month and I have not heard anything related to my calls, or received my check. No only is this terrible customer service, I am also concerned this is a scam website that has now stolen money that should have gone to charity.Desired Settlement: I would like a check in the amount of $677.90 (the amount owed to me after credit card fees and the website's cut) issued to me and sent through certified mail so it is traceable.

Review: Invested.In has been ignoring my e-mail inquiries to their customer service line for almost two months, and more recently have ignored my Facebook posts and voicemail messages. I fundraised through their crowdfunding website for a project I am working on, and fundraising was completed on April 1, 2013. I requested the check on April 10, and was informed that processing would take 5-10 business days. Months later, I am still waiting for a response from Invested.In.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter to be resolved immediately, with Invested.In returning my call or e-mails to resolve whatever issue may have arisen, and to result in the immediate deposit of the money into my account, or transfer via PayPal.
