professional The second phone call was terminated by me when l hung up after this individual began using profanity and it was obvious the call was going no whereWhen I received his ?rst call I had our tow truck operator go to the shop and take pictures of the alleged damaged partThis vehicle was winched on the tow truck ?om the front NOT from the rear trailing arm that he alleges we bent.Once on the truck the rear of the vehicle was tied down using the factory "key" slots in the flame rails of the carGrappling hooks are not used for tie downIt‘s important to mention that when my driver appeared on scene - a parking lot behind some apartments - the rear tire of this vehicle was completely ?atThis in combination with the bent lateral link is consistent with chuckhole damage or driving over a curb.This complaint is without merit: the vehicles was pulled onto the truck from the front - not the rearThe car was in a desolate parking lotHe was met by the individual who is making this claim- who signed the work order and gave my driver the key to the vehicleMy driver asked him if it starts and he said yes and left the scene. My driver positioned the truck and slowly drove the car to the truck a total of 20-feetOur driver then winched the unit onto our truck - again - from the front When all of this was explained to *** *** he became rude and irate so I hung up.I’m sure all along this route their were traf?c cameras which would prove this factFurthermore if this man can lie about being called a racists name - I am even more convinced that he is looking for someone to pay for his own self in?icted damage. This letter is the ?rst indication that he is a person of a different raceI wasn't aware he was of a di?erent race, had no reason to ask my driver what race he was and my driver had no reason to indicate his raceI never suspected or knew that until received this letterBut it changes nothing as I did not call this man any racist name or cause damage to his vehicleMy drivers spouse was also in the truck when the whole situation occurred and corroborate the way the vehicle was towed.Thank you, *** ***American Asset RecoveryP.OBox 606Oberlin, Ohio

For onethe car was pulled nose in with the front of the car facing the buildings so the only access point to tow the car from the parking lot was the rear of the vehicleThe auto shop that fixed the car has the tow truck on video pulling in to their lot with the rear of the car facing the cab of the truck....(which further implies the car was wrenched on to the flat bed from the rear.) 3...Upon contacting the service provider about what had occured said party acted as if there waa no knowledge of the problem, then he became dissmisve of the situation, so I requested his insurance info upon which I was denied and at that point after a few more attempts to obtain the insurance info, I was called "a lazy *Word Rejected* who just wanted to them to pay for my s*** to be fixed" (direct quote) which is nether here nor there at this point, my main concern is the unprofessional, deceitful, dubious way that this particular establishment conducts ot is permitted to conduct businessI want the WORLD to know that this place is not on the up & up!!!!
