As I stated in the previous response, in good faith, I urge our client to exercise patience as it did not take 3-months for her credit to have problems and certainly will not be fixed overnightCredit issues and resolution tends to be emotional for several clientsIn our professional opinion, patience is virtue in resolving credit issues and same applies to this client, no exceptionsIf client opts out prematurely, we have no obligation to give refund which is commonsense approach to business and part of the contract the client signedIf client rebuts this response, we urge her to upload contracts she signedPlease note that the credit bureaus periodically change their mailing addresses and we now have the most updated mailing addresses of the credit bureaus in our client's fileWe invite client to have patience and will surely be able to see improvements in credit ratings when unverifiable information are successfully removed from her reportThanks for your assistance in resolving this issue

As per the contract I signed with this company in August when I first solicited their services, I, the client, reserve the right to request and will issued a refund after several failed attemptsI, in good faith gave the business ample time but it has been four months and every attempt made by the business to reach the various credit reporting agencies has been returned as "undeliverable", "invalid", or "incorrect address." This is not the proper way to conduct business and I ask that the business honor the contract I signed with them in August and please process my refund request
