While there are discrepancies in time, place, and identification of Heritage trucks in determining fault, the complainant and Heritage have agreed to a resolution of the matter

What they are requesting is impossible to do while drivingI was alone in my vehicle and drivingI could not safely take pictures of the damage as it was occurring as it was an unsafe environment that I was trying to get out ofI would never jeopardize other drivers by trying to take pictures and drive! I can provide pictures of the damage their truck causedThey could however - experiment with the conditions I presented with their own vehicle to see if they receive any damage from what is being described
Rocks were not swept from back lip after a load was dumpedTruck was driving 45+ miles an hour and as it encountered bumps and movement it spewed rocks at my vehicle, which was behind it, causing damage to the windshield and front bodyIf they feel no damage would occur under this situation they should have no hesitation in trying this with one of their own vehiclesI would happy to observe this experiment to prove or disprove what the cause and effect would be
They are not denying their truck was in this area at the date and time specifiedThey should have then proceeded to have their vehicle pull to the side of the road and assess where the rocks were coming fromThey failed to follow through with safety precautions that I called them and requested they do - which would have also validated it was their vehicle that caused damage to my vehicle
I do not feel that I should have to front the deductible money and wait for it to be collected from the insurance companyIf they are this resistant to take care of the damages I'm sure they will make it just as difficult with the insurance company and I should not have to chance receiving the funds for my deductible and rental car
