This a service / Billing issue Two different problems I own a home that IPS (company of issue) controls the HOA Billing, laws, etc They treat every home as a condo association even though most of the homes are single family homes We have insurance to cover studs in and that was what is required I had a hose big on the outside of my hose break that was winterized the previous fall When it broke it flooded my kitchen and caused damage This issue to this day has not been resolved by IPS They keep circling telling me that if its not a common grounds issue then they done cover it Well what if my house burned down and the insurance that I was required to have doesn't pay out what is required to rebuild IPS keeps sending me in circles with their insurance and their claims people whom have completely ignored the issue that I am trying to resolve I just gave up at some and ate the cost and did the repairs
