I contacted my representative in March to request a dead rose bush be replaced under the warrantyHe agreed and stated it would be "added to the schedule." I contacted him again in July after it still had not been doneHe stated he was too busy and now I needed to email the officeI did that on June 23rd and received a response that it would be "added to the schedule"As of today it has not be doneI placed this warranty replacement request over months ago
