They confuse your complaint to your credit card company by stating you cancelled a discounted subscription but did not cancel an subscription and that the company offers several investment subscriptions.

I purchased Options Floor Trader Pro Through Investment Alley Co om Jan 21,19 with a 60 refund policy. I was refused a refund. 2 years for ***
After reviewing Option Floor Trader Pro after signing up for the subscription and viewing some of the recommendation, I found it did not meet my expectations or need.
When I called for cancellation and return of money I was denied..I was told that because I had cancelled a previous subscription last August I could not receive any more refunds. My records do not show this transaction.
I complained that this should have been noted on the application form with the 60 money back guarantee. I was told it was contained in the terms of agreement. I have carefully read their terms of agreement and no mention of cancellation of previous purchased subscriptions is anywhere on the agreement.
Nothing I had been told for reasons I could not receive a refund held any truths.
I would also like to ad that their requirements for a web page are not met. I had great difficulty finding their address and was only given a phone number. There is nothing on their web page that will identify them or assist in find them.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. More than that, I want others to know their 60 day refund has no value. More than that it should be known that they will say anything to refuse your request and they will give inaccurate reasons for their decisions. It also of concern that it is very troubling to find their location. I feel their web page does not meet the requirements for a legal status

This customer bought two of our subscription services on August 4, 2019.

The base product ($49) comes with a one year full money-back guarantee. The add-on upgrade ($197) has a pro-rated refund policy at that time which since has been changed to full refund in first year.

She contacted us two days later to cancel both and be refunded. We did what she asked.

We allow customers to re-buy a subscription they have previously canceled and been refunded on. However, have in our terms and conditions that we do not allow for refunds on those subsequent instances of subscription and cancellation. This is stated in our Terms of Use at ***

We stated: "Any product for which this is the person's second or more time requesting a cancellation and refund of the same product. No refund."

This page is linked to from order pages and has a button requiring the buyer to click it acknowledging that he or she understands and agrees to it.

On January 31, 2020 the customer bought the same exact base product ($49) and a different add-on that's a second year of the subscription at $49.

We don't offer refunds on the second time a person subscribes to a product and requests a refund.

In looking at the All Sales Report I can see that our customer service department erred in not refunding and cancelling her second year subscription add-on. I can have that refunded for her.

I decided to cancel within the 30 days.
March 15th email:
This email is to confirm that per your request your subscription to 30 Day Dividends has been cancelled. If you were due any refund then please allow five to seven business days for your credit card issuer to post the credit back to your account. While our policy is to issue refunds immediately, when applicable, credit card issuers can and do often take longer to fulfill the refund request

On March XX XXXX I called to inquire about not getting the refund. A representative "***" (she would not give me a last name, employee or ID number) said I couldn't get a refund because I received a refund for "lifetime 30 day dividends" She also wouldn't connect me with a supervisor and hung up on me.
In brief, when I signed up for 30 day dividends there was a box about "lifetime 30 day dividends" I believe this was for more information. Clicking the button I was shocked to learn it immediately billed me $*** for the product. Investors Alley refunded the $*** but now won't refund me
the $995 for "30 day dividends" as"they will only issue one refund for a product."
I contend that since signing up for "30 day dividends lifetime" was a mistake due to a deceptive practice(one button sign up, with no review page to confirm intent to purchase,"30 day dividends" was my only intended purchase and I should be issued a refund.

Company said I needed to update my credit card information which I did, but they still haven't refunded my money. I called 6/4/19 and was told they needed to get a manager's approval but he was away for the holiday (Memorial Day).
