I contracted with client for billing and credentialling services and not only did client never complete billing of claims, he withheld office key.I contracted with Invex in June for billing and in May for credentialling services for my new company. Billing was contingent upon the billing manager being assigned to my account. She has since been laid off and after she left the company, no claims were followed up on, no claims were filed or refiled, and no monies have been collected for the services I have performed and been waiting for payment on for over 8 months. Invex has also refused to relinquish my office key to me so that I can complete my own billing. Invex also changed the password on my account key so that I cannot even look to see what if anything has been processed or is processing. Desired SettlementI am seeking damages in the amount of the $250.00 that was paid under the contract for credentialling as well as an equitable amount for the billing that is being held by Invex currently in the amount of $8000.00 that no one else can bill for because he has the bills in his possession and has locked me out of the system. I would also like for this complaint to be entered into his account for review by anyone looking to establish a working relationship with him for the services that I have experienced.There has been no resolution to the above-mentioned complaint before, on, or after September 30, 2014. I received several letters from Mr. [redacted] lawyer with untrue allegations, however, there was never a resolution to anything. Mr. [redacted] continues to have the office key (which I have no use for now), continues to keep me locked out of the billing system that he utilized for a month of billing (which was done incorrectly and was returned to him but he never looked and didn't refile), and no monies were ever returned to me for anything.
