Hi,The watch that you have purchased is powered by a mechanical movement and is not battery powered.The watch will need to be worn or ‘wound’ to work keep time properlyPlease wind/rotate the crown approximately clockwise circles which will give the watch enough power for approximately 24- hours.This is how automatic watches work and I am always available should you have any questions about your new timepiece.Best regards,Tom M[redacted]

Review: Dear Madam/Sir,

My daughter purchased an Invicta watch for me for a birthday/Christmas present from the Today Show deals that she saw advertised there as part of [redacted] She happened to be home when it arrived and opened it right away. Much to her chagrin, they had sent the wrong watch. We received a Rally when she had ordered the Pro Diver. We called right away and I spoke to a gentleman named [redacted]. He told me that the watch that she had ordered was out of stock but they would have one in right after the first of the year. Since I really wanted the watch, I agreed to wait. He also said that he would send a return shipping label for me to return the incorrect one.

Fast forward to the middle of January… Since I had not heard anything nor had I received the shipping label I called again and again talked to [redacted]. He apologized and promised to send out my watch as soon as they received the incorrect one back. This time I did receive the shipping label and promptly sent the watch back. It was received by the company and signed for by [redacted] on February **. However, I never received the replacement watch. I have sent emails to their help site to which I got one response but nothing further. Subsequent phone calls have gone unanswered with no response to the messages that I have left.

I would appreciate anything that you can do to help us with this. I had hoped to attach all of my documentation but could not find a way to do this.

Review: I purchased a watch from the [redacted] watch deals from the [redacted] in December of 2014. I received a watch but not the watch I ordered. I returned the watch to receive the watch I ordered. Well I have yet to receive my watch. My credit card has been charged back in December but I still have not received my watch or my money back. I have sent mutiple e-mails to them and they returned 3 emails even sent a pic of a watch and asked if it was the watch I purchased. I returned the email answering yes. Well after that e-mail they have not returned my e-mails or sent me my watch. There is no number to call this business only an e-mail address. I am very upset that no one will return my e-mails or my money back. It is now may and I ordered the watch in December and returned the wrong watch back in January. I think that is plenty of time for someone to have gotten in touch with me or sent me my watch.Desired Settlement: Refund and the watch I ordered because they have taken so long and given me the run around. Then ignoring my e-mails.

Review: I ordered two watches (matching man's and woman's) that were to be gifts for a couple for Christmas. They were guaranteed delivery BEFORE Christmas. The order was delivered incomplete, I only received one watch (man's). I tried contacted them and they never seem to answer phones or return voice messages. I finally got a hold of someone about a week later and they said they have no one there that knows how to process refunds so I would need to call back in a week. Absolutely ridiculous. I then randomly received a second watch in the mail that was also a man's watch. Not only was it after Christmas, this was not what I ordered. I've tried to contact them repeatedly through phone and no one answers or returns calls. I've been in contact with them through email and they continue to give me the run around and say they will set up a return label and they never do. I finally sent them an email on January ** telling them I would be contacting the Revdex.com, and they asked if I could give them until January [redacted] to contact me, that I was on some "list" for refunds. This company is absolutely absurd and frankly, seems like they are operating unethically. It has been nearly two months and this issue has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $157.90 applied back to my credit card. PSTTransaction ID:[redacted]
