Terrible customer service. I did not see anywhere on the website, and I look carefully for the small print as well, that there was anything regarding an automatic shipment after 14 days. In fact, that is the only reason I purchased the sample. The first notification I received regarding the 14 day time frame to cancel automatic orders was 4 weeks later, after I had had three conversations with my credit card company requesting them to cancel the automatic charge. I didn't have any idea that the automatic charges were related to the samples. Extremely rude customer service. Terrible company.
I ordered the sample for which I was told I would only pay shipping. I was never told I had 14 days to cancel an automatic shipment of the product again. Even if I would have been told, the 14 days started from the date it was ordered, not the date I received it. A new shipment was charged to me just 11 days after I received the shipment. I tried to cancel on day 10, but was told it was after my 14 days. Very rude customer service also, telling me I should be more careful about what I order. Very disappointing.
This company had charged $89.95 as a recurring charge to my credit card even though I hadn't signed up for it. Now they are refusing to refund this amount and the customer support is very rude. I'm surprised companies like these are giving licenses to do business.

this company responded to my credit card company saying that it was a valid charge. Credit card company asked me to call this company and when I did I was told that the account was closed and that they cannot refund the charges. Person I spoke to was very rude and cut off my phone call.
This company is giving me the run around even though they can easily close the account and refund my money. Google search yields multiple results with complaints about this company.
Dear Representative,We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer frustrations; however, all company policies and guidelines were followed. The customer opened up a dispute and the investigation is now complete.
We confirm that the customer’s account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged the full product price for the trial bottle if they did not cancel before the 14-day trial period was over. The system does not, and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless they acknowledge the terms and condition of the product. Once the customer fully agrees, the customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they email or call in to cancel.
Customer Care
Unfortunately there was no notification about the trial period via email - I would have cancelled it. This is not a typical practice for all the companies that have a trial period. Reputable companies usually refund the money if the customer is not happy. Why isn’t this company doing that?
